Fuji Maestro Wasiu Ayinde Visits "Oyo Amala"... Reveals What He Told President Buhari In Aso Rock

Wasiu Ayinde Anifowoshe, the King of Fuji music popularly known as K-1 has provided deep insight into why he is so passionate about President Muhammadu Buhari.

The leader of his pack made the revelation on a courtesy visit to the place of sumptuous traditional delicacies named Oyo Amala.

K-1 was at the leisure spot situated on Lola Holloway, Omole Phase 1 on Monday, July 2, 2018.

And he disclosed what he discussed in a recent closed door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to the Fuji King, "I told him we are seeing the good work he is doing and he should continue to do more".

The frontrunner musician disclosed the visit was to encourage the President in his effort at rebuilding the nation.

"The visit was to let him know we are with him and the man was very happy" K-1 stated.

The musician with a tidy sum of hits credited to his name disclosed that his love for Buhari isn’t an overnight thing.

He disclosed that he had been following events relating to the president and bought into his philosophy way before he assumed office.

Insisting his love for President Buhari is not as a result of association with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu – his known political leader -, K-1 disclosed "it’s just that we share the same philosophy. It is because Asiwaju and Buhari shared the same philosophy that APC came to be. And it took years to achieve it, it wasn’t a sudden thing. They worked on it for while and it is because I share the same philosophy that’s why I am passionate about Buhari".

Reasserting his confidence in the administration of President Buhari, the pride of his genre of music insists "he is an honest man and the man that can get things done. He came as a military man in 1983, 84 and introduced discipline into our lives and we still have it in on today and he has come to better things. He means well for us".

The musician who recently delved into the confectionary business with the trade name "Anjola" reacted to talks of mounting economic hardship with a parable "I have a driver that I pay N40,000 for less than 30days of work. Even when I travel out of the country for months his salary is assured, and for me, I feel N40,000 is still okay for what he does for me. But guess what I found out? My driver has three wives and six children. Three wives that he maintains in different homes and six children! So, when people complain we need to really look at their situation critically".

Regarding his boldness in identifying with Buhari despite a fan base that cuts across all corners, K-1 stated "We don’t need to fight over what is not necessary. I know one family in Lagos, the Dosunmu family. Two siblings from that family belong to different political parties based on philosophy but that doesn’t make them enemies. If my music is good enough for you to listen to, then you should be able to take time to listen to what I have to say about this as well. And I feel what is important is that I do what my conscience can live with".

Disclosing his role in the campaign to re-elect President he disclosed "I will just continue doing what i have been doing. sharing his ideas, his messages in my music and just like I am doing. I am doing it based on conviction and not negotiating for anything. Buhari will not even negotiate with you because he believes if you buy into his ideas you should be willing support it"

The definition of contemporary fuji music and his entourage were received by business owner "Old Skool" – Henry Alade – and treated to the best on offer during the visit.

The King of Fuji music took time out to pray for the limitless elevation of Oyo Amala and it’s chief promoter, Henry Alade.
