Ghana Based Oil Magnate, Benny Peters, Throws 80th Birthday For Mother In Absentia…As Brother, Francis, Goes on Property Buying Spree

Pure bliss and pulsating thrills enveloped the Landmark Events Centre, Oniru, Lagos, days back, as friends and family members gathered to celebrate Theresa, the mother of AITEO boss, Benny Peters, who celebrated her 80th birthday. A party and a half by all ramifications, the celebration was as grand and elaborate and well-attended as they come.
The celebrant, an epitome of good health and overwhelming gratitude, could not have been more elated at the impressive turnout of guests. She swirled and swayed as she praised God for the attainment of 80years on terra firma. Though she did not betray any worry, not a few guests whispered that the colouration of the party would have been of a different hue had her first child, Benny, been present.
You would recall that billionaire Benny, the founder and chief executive officer of Aiteo, one of Africa’s fastest growing energy leaders had issues with the Federal Government which have been cleared though. He would resurface in Ghana when the heat became too much and he has remained there since then. Benny has settled well in Ghana and has become pretty popular for his superb lifestyle.
In his absence, Francis, his younger brother, held sway, putting all his contacts and connections in the social circuit to good use while underscoring the fact that he has gradually become his own man. He ensured that like his brother would have done had he been present, the champagnes flowed for the guests. Money was not a problem; and Francis deployed it lavishly to celebrate their mother.
Indeed, Francis held the fort strongly and has successfully blurred the line between his business and social commitments. Don’t forget, in Benny’s absence, Francis, the new face of AITEO, representing the company across the globe, sealing deals and hugging the concomitant limelight, has evolved into a fun-loving and fashionable dude.
Beyond his official duties, Francis has equally taken over the social space hitherto orbited by his brother. The streets and ladies now bow at will to his whims. And he is living the life. Currently, Francis is reported to be one of the biggest owners of prime luxury properties on the Island. From serviced flats to mini-estates, the burgeoning property portfolio of Francis would make even his brother gawk in bewilderment. Still, Francis is not letting up in his newfound venture as he is perpetually on the lookout for available properties to acquire.
